♡Look | Valentine's Day Cute & Simple

♡Hi Lovelies!
It's almost Valentine's Day and consequently also my 18th birthday! :) I am so excited but I just can't get it through my head that I will be a legal adult in less than a week! Time just flies so quickly and I realize how fast my childhood has gone by, but being a teenager just went by in a blink of an eye. I will officially be a legal adult here in Ontario and will be able to vote and buy lottery tickets. It really isn't that exciting but being someone who is crazy into politics, I can't wait to become a part of the process of choosing who will be able to represent my opinions. Anywho... I also wanted to have the perfect outfit for not only my birthday but also for Valentine's Day! I hope this cute ensemble helps you brainstorm ideas for styling pieces you might already have or inspire you to go out and buy these staples. I'm currently obsessed with pattern panty hose and I kind of always been. The ones I am wearing here are vintage Silks panty hose (similar here) which I received from my mom quite a while back. My shoes are little suede booties I bought a year ago from Town Shoes (similar here) and my skirt is the American Apparel corduroy circle skirt in Truffle (here). The top I bought around christmas at Brandy Melville (here) and the belt was a christmas gift.  I currently am in love with chunky gold jewellery so I decided to go with a really nice matte piece from Pendleton (similar here). My CĂ©line
Boston tote I received as a present from my parents. On my nails I am just wearing Essie's "Chinchilliy" (here) and on top Butter London's "West End Wonderland" (here). I hope you are a little bit inspired with this outfit to head out on the town and as much as I can say I hate this cold weather, I do sure love dressing up in such rich dark colours!
Until next time. ♡

♡ Tour | My Christmas Tree!

♡ Heyroo Lovelies!
This holiday has been completely hectic! School had thrown so many assignments at me before I went on break that I hardly had time to wrap presents! But I did find a quick moment to take you on a tour of my favorite seasons decorations throughout my room and most importantly my Christmas tree! Yes...I know...it is pink! But that's exactly what I love about it! Plus I have an absolute obsession with pearls and pink so I thought it was necessary to include a whole bunch of stringed pearls all draped across the branches. My cute little decorations were all handmade from felt and I bought them quite a while back (I think) at a flee market. Linked here is a how to to make similar ones if you're feeling crafty! At the base of the tree is a pink Juicy Couture shoe dust bag that I decided fit perfect with the coloring used as a tree skirt (and hide the ugly plastic pink trunk). I added some twinkling lights to brighten it up and voila! C'est belle! I hope you all are having a wonderful holiday and have a safe and happy Christmas!♡

♡ Haul Time | Luxury Makeup Haul feat. YSL, Chanel & NARS

♡ Hey Everyone!
I hope you all are having a fantastic week! Here is the post to pair with my recent video haul. I went to Holt Renfrew with my Mum a while back and kind of went a bit crazy but definitely not as crazy as her that's for sure!!   A lot of the products I have been oglling for a while and finally decided to splurge seeing as though I need a make-up refresh from summer anyways.  So without further adieu, here are my picks from my recent make-up shopping spree!                                                                                                                                                    My Picks

♡ OOTD | Midnight Black & Tweed feat. American Apparel, H&M & Tiffany & Co

♡ Happy Autumn Everyone!
I was so excited to be going to a wedding shower the other day for a member of my family! It was a lovely crisp day downtown and I was extremely excited to be at the wedding shower. The decorations were adorable and the food was delicious. The best part though was watching as the bride opened her gifts! My Mum and I bought an adorable present from Tiffany & Co.  for the bride and she absolutely loved it! After the bridal shower my Mum and I decided to head to Yorkville to do a bit of shopping. All in all it was a great day and I ended up picking up a few things at Zara and a new pair of black flats at Holts for the winter season! Hope everyone is having a great October!

♡ Haul Time | Israeli Products, Stila, Smashbox & More!

♡*Press on the names of the products for a direct link to buy them!*♡
♡ I recently bought a few new beauty products to start of my school year! Plus, my Dad just returned from Israel with some amazing Dead Sea Minerals Soaps from Ein Gedi. 1)The first soap is the Oasis Mineral Soap. This soap is just a clean and white soap and is their #1 selling soap due to the famous minerals and their deep cleansing and rejuvenating effects.
This wonderful soap is rich in Dead Sea minerals and contains olive oil and glycerine. 2) The second soap he brought back for me is the Oasis Black Mud Soap and is a beauty soap, made with Dead Sea Black Mud, rich in Dead Sea Minerals, containing olive oil and glycerin and is free of animal fat.
It has seriously made my skin so soft and I like that the soap is a black colour so that I can see that I have completely washed all the soap off.
To prepare myself for the new school year and for the new swim season, I decided a new (and better) waterproof mascara was in order. I have tried the Sephora "Le Waterproof" Mascara and the Covergirl Lashblast Waterproof Mascara but my new 3) Lacome Defensils Waterproof Mascara is absoloutely fantastic in comparison! It seriously surprised me that such a small wand would give me such long and volumious lashes. Plus, the whole reason I bought this product was for its waterproof formula, which I can honestly say, is the best non-smudging, no racoon eye mascara I have ever worn!  The formula is also super easy to remove with Lancome's Bi-Facil Make-up Remover.
I have been trying to find a clear acne spot treater for the longest time and I finally came across the 4)Shiseido Pureness Blemish Clearing Gel. I haven't had the chance to see its long term effects but I can say I am loving the clear formula as I can throw some on in the day and not have to worry about yucky white dots all over my face.
Throughout the Summer I noticed a lot of Beauty Bloggers and Youtubers raving about the new BB Creams that were hitting the shelves. I have heard rave reviews about all the BB Creams! Whether it's the pretty pricey Dior Hydra Life BB Cream or the affordable and effective Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream, all of the reviews are amazing just for the fact of the overall conecpt of skin protection and hydration with the coverage of a foundation! But one review that stood out for me was the 5) Stila 10-in-1 Stay all Day HD BB Cream. It is the only BB cream that is in the mid price range and also has added moisturizers in comparison to the Maybelline equivalent. It has worked phenominally on my skin and I was very surprised that, although it comes in only one colour, it actually fits my skin colour very well. I am pleasantly surprised with this product and although it is a bit steep at $49 I would definitely continue to use it year round.
The last product I purchased was the 6) Smashbox Photo Op Under Eye Brightener. It is a fantastic product that I constantly use under my eyes and also on my cheek bones to add a subtle highlighting effect. One downside though is the size of the product. The tube is extremely small but the applicator is a tiny brush which slightly makes up for the one negative. And of course I am a huge fan of Smashbox for their policy of not testing on animals! That is a huge positive!
All in all, I am extremely happy with all the products I bought and I can't wait to share any success I have with them with you all! Let me know in the comments below if you have any of these products and how they have worked for you!

♡ OOTD | Floral Blues & Jeans!

♡ Heylo!
I wore this really easy, casual & super cute outfit out today! Thought I should share! It is a bit rainy out lately so I was really confused as to what jacket and shoes to wear. I ended up with my white converse (fingers crossed they don't get dirty!) and my trench coat from Club Monaco (similar here). I paired my American Eagle jean shirt with a new pair of American Eagle baby blue floral printed skinnies which I am absolutely obsessed with! Unfortunately, I think this is the first and last time I will be able to wear them before next spring as they are wayyy too summery for my all darks winter wardrobe.  But hey, that will make them all that more special when the flowers bloom next year? Right? I think I'm probably looking to be consoled as I have absolutely no clue what I will wear this winter. For accessories I threw on my MK Oversized Runway Watch and my heart pendant from Tiffany & Co.. My makeup is completely neutral with a hit of cheek tint courtesy of my Maybelline New York Dream Bouncy Blush in fresh pink and my eyes are perfectly lined with my Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner. All in all I hope the rain goes away and the crisp Autumn air goes back the way it should be, dry, pretty leaves and a bit blustery! xoxo

♡ Haul Time | Lululemon Workout Clothing!

♡ In celebration of going back to school (nahht) I picked out a few new items from Lululemon in hopes of inspiring me to start of the new school year fresh with a new workout routine. I decided I was in dire need of some new lulu running shorts and tried on the numerous styles lululemon offers (boogie's, groove's) and finally came across the Run: Speed Short. Now these shorts don't come in just ordinary black (that I have to admit are a staple!) they come in a rainbow of colours and varieties, that make choosing much harder than it seems. I finally decided on a nice small striped autumn coloured pair (think purple, pink, orangish?, lilac and maroon) as well as the classic (and versatile!!) black. These shorts were the perfect medium between the scandalously tight short shorts lulu often offers and the ridiculously long cycle shorts (I wouldn't be caught dead in..). They are ridiculously comfortable and are extremely light. For tops I decided on one long sleeve and a tank. I have never been one for t shirts while exercising just because I am either ridiculously hot (moksha yoga..) or strangely freezing (skiing?).  Either way I bought one long sleeve and a tank in two really adorbs and fun colours. I bought the Run: Swiftly Tech Long Sleeve in a really pretty light pink and the Cool Racerback *Racing Length in lilac with black polka dots. The long sleeve goes really well with the autumn coloured shorts and I wasn't even trying to match them! Just as I was leaving the store I spotted their new Manduka Equa Towel Plus (Yoga Microfibre  towels. They are not only super soft but are also really quick drying and perfect for keeping your yoga mat super dry as well as bringing to swim practice or a workout. I decided to pick one up and hopefully (fingers-crossed) it will encourage me to do more yoga. I can't wait to try out my new pieces. Hopefully they will inspire me to workout more! Let me know below if you have any plans to start a new workout routine and what you are planning to do to style up your workout wardrobe!
